Adecco Conference

The engineering arm of recruitment giant Adecco are known as Roevin. This conference was held to celebrate a record year and aimed to inspire and educate the sales team. Objectives were simple – consolidate and expand the current client base and grow into new markets. The Conference theme was ‘One Team, One Vision’. Everyone needed to be unified, to share resources, ideas and feel a strong association with the company, the brand and each other.

OWL Successfully:

  • Designed & conceptualised event identity bringing the ‘One Team, One Vision’ ethos alive. Conference collateral was produced in-house, alongside an animated logo and striking stage set.
  • Planned & coordinated the audio visual features and steered the Conference content.
  • Bought in keynote speaker Adrian Webster, who focussed on giving delegates the motivation to drive sales to the next level along with providing a number of tools to monitor progress
  • Delivered a team building exercise – Delegates were split into groups with each one filming a short 30sec commercial promoting pre-assigned Roevin products/ services. Commercials were shown and judged at the awards event, with prizes for winning groups.
  • Created– a glittering Viva Las Vegas awards dinner with red carpet, paparazzi, presentations, a rat pack tribute and casino evening – which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
