Adidas Dinner
Each year Adidas hold an annual Christmas event to thank staff for their efforts, celebrate specific achievements and boost morale. Awards categories range from best team player and best business innovation to the more comical, worst dresser and best actress; appealing to all staff and split evenly across the board.
OWL Successfully:
- Conceptualised and managed the evening from start to finish.
- Staged a bespoke themed frozen entrance. Guests had to tackle Bumbles our doorman to gain entry into the Chicago Tea Room that fronted our ‘secret speakeasy’. Once all guests were safely inside, drinking gin and tonic from tea cups, the room was ‘locked down’ in order to ensure a ‘cop free’ entrance.
- Choreographed a full evenings entertainment that started with frozen dancers on stage, frozen bar staff ‘polishing that last glass’ and frozen waitress’s ‘placing that last fork’. Once the doors to the outside world locked down, the room burst into life – music started playing, the dancers started dancing, Tallulah started singing and the bar was open for business.
- Undertook a complete room transformation including full lighting rig, huge themed prop display and choreographing of 12x actors.
