Kellogg Conference & Awards
The largest breakfast cereal manufacturer in the world wanted to bring together all UK colleagues for their annual Company Conference and Awards. The main objectives were to celebrate the achievements of the previous year & outline targets for further growth. The Conference also posed a good opportunity to formally introduce the Company’s new UK MD.
OWL Successfully:
- Chose a venue capable of accommodating the 400 delegates
- Conference content creation & delivery support to ensure key messages were delivered in the right manner, at the right times and with the right tone. This ensured the messages stuck.
- A rolling video montage of social events, interspersed with new Company success stories and set to music was created and played as guests entered the Conference.
- Full delegate registration service was organised and supplied by OWL.
- A post event quiz was touted throughout the Conference by presenters in a comic/informal fashion. Questions related to key messages and it was emailed to colleagues the week after the event. A weekend break was offered as a prize for the colleague who scored highest but response was optional.
- Turned the space in a short period to enable the staging of a glittering awards ceremony.
