Liverpool Land Development Launch
When plans were revealed to transform, an iconic Liverpool landmark, the old Littlewoods headquarters into apartments and retail space, as part of an Urban regeneration scheme – OWL were commissioned to deliver a launch event to local movers and shakers, the cities big retailers, estate agents and property moguls alike.
OWL Successfully:
- Designed and managed every aspect of the launch from invite co-ordination and sponsorship management, to sourcing of suppliers and creation of valid risk assessments.
- Bought in every element required to deliver this event including kitchen facilities, heating, lighting, power and even toilets.
- Designed an effective platform through the use of audio visual technology to deliver keynote speeches regarding the reasons for this development, as well as announcing the positive impact it would have on the local community.
- Co-ordinated press and media coverage including live TV interviews for the regional news, as well as a host of local and national press who required interviews, photos and various specifics.
