Opal Telecom Incentive
OWL won a competitive tender in order to produce this event. The client had been running an incentive amongst staff for 3 years but it wasn’t working effectively. The key objectives were to design and run a campaign that appealed to all staff and design a fair system of measurement for the company’s 7 different and complex channels.
OWL Successfully:
- Fully designed and managed a programme to meet these needs including destination selection, full budget management and campaign monitoring.
- Provided educational support material - weekly e-zines, peer-to-peer groups to promote support/best practice, monthly training sessions and mini spot prizes to keep under-performers interested.
- Delivered a high energy welcome for the winning party in the form of a sunset beach BBQ with 2 hour, 20 person show (inc. dancers, fire eaters, chainsaw juggling & limbo competition).
- Created a range of interesting and alternative incentive activities – including a luxury cruise with entertainment, traditional Portuguese wine tasting luncheon, casino awards evening with competition, a golf tournament and spa treatments.
- Produced an informal conference as part of the trip – Attendees were split into groups to brainstorm and present solutions on specific business challenges.
